Import options
Use the table below to help identify the best method for you to add classes to EP.

School-wide enrollment
EP Enrollment Portal
Use our purpose-built Enrollment Portal to securely submit your data. Processing is instant, and students are able to access EP right away.
This method is flexible - the portal can enrol large cohorts at once, but you can also submit individual classes (or anything in between).
Even if the portal is unable to process your file, you can choose to push the file through to our dedicated Enrollment team, who will process your request.

Individual class enrollment
EP Enrollment Portal

Google Classroom Sync
Schools using Google Classroom can choose to opt in to using Google Classroom Sync. Teachers can easily and instantly import their classes directly using our new integration.
Any changes that happen in Google Classroom can then be synced with EP using the Sync Class button.

Class Join Codes
Teachers can create class(es) on EP, and then pass the related Class Join Code(s) to their students.
Students then use that code to add themselves to the class - even if they don't yet have an EP account.

Students will need a school email address to use this option.
Making changes by hand
Teachers are able to make changes to classes and students within the Classes tab. Teachers can log in and:
- Create classes.
- Add or remove students, and shift them to other classes.
- Update student details.
- Add new teachers, and update teacher account details.
This option is great for small changes, especially as students move around throughout the year.
Rolling over classes
If your classes for the new year or semester are more-or-less the same, there are options to roll over your existing classes.
