Clearing your cache can help resolve a range of troubleshooting issues.
Using Google Chrome
On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three vertical dots in the top right). Click the Delete browsing data link.
If you’re using an older version of Chrome, this might be nested in a menu called More tools.
Here, choose your time range. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options, then click the Delete Data button to confirm.
Using Firefox
On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top right) and click History.
Choose the Clear recent history option.
You can clear everything if you like, but for our purposes, you just need to tick Cookies and Cache. Click Clear Now to confirm.
Using Safari
On the toolbar, click the Safari menu, then Settings.
Click the Privacy tab and then Manage Website Data.
Click Remove All and then Done.
Still having issues? The steps above clear cookies and site data, but Safari keeps a separate disk cache that this doesn't always fully remove. To clear it directly:
Click the Safari menu, then Settings
Click the Advanced tab and select Show features for web developers.
Close the Settings window.
A new Develop menu will now appear in the main menu bar at the top of your screen (next to Window and Help).Click Develop in the menu bar, then select Empty Caches.
Using Microsoft Edge
On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three horizontal dots in the top right). Click Settings.
In the tab that opens, click into Privacy, search, and services. Scroll down to the Delete browsing data section and click Choose what to clear.
You can tick everything if you want, but for our purposes, you need to tick the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes. Click Clear now to confirm.
