How can I troubleshoot login issues on Education Perfect?

If you're experiencing login issues on Education Perfect, follow these steps to resolve common problems for both students and teachers.

General Login Troubleshooting

  • Requesting a Password Reset: Students and teachers can request a password reset link by clicking the Forgot Password option on the login page. When logging in, please ensure you are manually typing your credentials correctly.

  • For SSO Schools: Students and teachers must log in through their school portal using their school-issued credentials. If a user does not know their login details, we recommend reaching out to the school's IT helpdesk, as SSO accounts are managed directly by the school.

Oops Something Went Wrong

If you run into this error message, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the site.

  2. Try accessing EP in an incognito/private browsing window.

  3. Update the browser to the latest version and relaunch it.


If the issue persists, send a full-screen screenshot or screen recording of the issue with the Developer Console open and confirm details of the device, browser, or app being used to the Support Team for further investigation.
