Helping your child log in to EP
The very first step for any user to get started with EP is to get logged into their account.
If you're a parent or caregiver, you may need to support your child in getting things up and running. Let's get started!
In this article
Logging in via laptop or desktop computer
Your child can log into EP by entering their credentials at https://app.educationperfect.com/ and clicking Log in.
If you're based in Canada, please use this link instead.
Your child may be logging in with a Username and Password, Class Join Code, or using a school-specific link. Your child’s teacher will communicate this information to you.
Unsure of your child’s login details?
You can request a password reset from the login page via the Forgot Password option, or contact your child’s teacher to confirm their login details and format.
Logging in via handheld device
Your child can log in to EP using one of our purpose-built Apps. You can find the most up-to-date versions of the student app on the Apple Store (for iOS) and the Google Play Store (for Android).
Once you have downloaded the app, enter your child's login details and click Log in.
If you're based in Canada, please note that the EP Apps are currently unavailable.
Other login options
Depending on your school's setup, your child may be able to log in using alternative methods. These may include:
- Single Sign On (SSO): Some schools connect with EP via SSO, which enables users to sign on to all of their digital tools with one set of credentials. Your child's teacher will let you know if this is available to you.
- Google: If your school uses Google Classroom, you may be able to use the Log in with Google option. Your child's teacher will let you know if this is available to you.
- Class Join Codes: Your teacher may give your child a Class Join Code or Join Link to log in to EP. Learn how to use these here.
If unsure which option is correct, please check with your child's classroom teacher.
Troubleshooting
When logging into EP via a web browser, it’s important to ensure you are logging in using our official login page.
We recommend bookmarking this link for ease of access.
To ensure a smooth experience with EP, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. Make sure your device and browser are up to date!
Invalid Credentials
If you see an error message stating Invalid login credentials, this indicates that the information being input is incorrect.
Ensure that the username and password are being entered correctly, with no spaces or unexpected capitalisations. Try copy and pasting the details to be sure!
If needed, you can request a password reset from the login page by clicking Forgot password, or your child’s teacher can reset your password for you.
