What device and browser should I use to access Education Perfect?

EP leverages modern web technologies to bring you the best learning experience possible. We work hard to ensure this performs well across modern browsers. We also offer Android & iOS apps.

Browser Support

Education Perfect runs on most of the commonly used modern browsers, we support the latest 2 major versions of any browser. The only outlier is that EP does not support Internet Explorer 11.

Troubleshooting steps

For the most reliable experience when using a laptop or computer we recommend using one of the more popular major browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Our free app provides the most reliable experience when accessing Education Perfect using a smartphone or tablet.

The Education Perfect app may not run smoothly or reliably on older devices; we support the iPad Air and later full-sized iPads, as well as the iPad mini 2 or later.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties but are using one of the recommended browsers or the most up-to-date version of our app, please send an email us at support@educationperfect.com. To speed up the troubleshooting process, we require the following information:

  • The name of the student or the teacher experiencing the issue.
  • The name of the device and the app or browser that you're using.
  • The location of the issue (e.g. the name of the task, or the name of the lesson or list students are working on).
  • A description of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the issue, preferably of the whole screen instead of just the specific part of the screen that has the issue.
Voice recorder issues

If you have issues with recording your voice, we recommend trying one of the fully supported browsers below, as different web browsers have different levels of support for recording audio. Below is a list of browsers and whether recording is supported:
