What device and browser should I use to access Education Perfect?

Education Perfect leverages modern web technologies to bring you the best learning experience possible. We work hard to ensure this performs well across modern browsers. We also offer Android & iOS apps.

Browser Support

Education Perfect runs on all of the most popular modern browsers:

Browser Download link
Chrome latest stable release Download Chrome
Edge latest stable release Download Edge
Firefox latest stable release Download Firefox
Safari 11+ *
Download Safari

Safari doesn't support full-screen monitored mode for assessments.

Internet Explorer 11 will not be supported beyond August 31st 2020. More information on this can be found here.

The Education Perfect App

You can find the most up-to-date version of the app on the Apple Store and the Android app on the Google Play Store.

The apps are compatible with Android phones, Android tablets, the iPhone and the iPad.

OS version Supported?
iOS 9.3 or later
Android 4.4 and up

Our app has been developed for our student users and only supports use of the Student Zone. If a teacher wants to access their Teacher Zone on an Android tablet or iPad, they will need to log in from a browser. Additionally, the Teacher Zone isn't supported on mobile devices.

Troubleshooting steps

For the most reliable experience when using a laptop or computer we recommend using one of the browsers listed in the table at the top of the page. Our free app provides the most reliable experience when accessing Education Perfect using a smartphone or tablet.

The Education Perfect app may not run smoothly or reliably on older devices; we support the iPad Air and later full-sized iPads, as well as the iPad mini 2 or later.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties but are using one of the recommended browsers or the most up-to-date version of our app, please send an email us at support@educationperfect.com. To speed up the troubleshooting process, we require the following information:

  • The name of the student or the teacher experiencing the issue.
  • The name of the device and the app or browser that you're using.
  • The location of the issue (e.g. the name of the task, or the name of the lesson or list students are working on).
  • A description of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the issue, preferably of the whole screen instead of just the specific part of the screen that has the issue.
