Managing and disabling browser extensions

Sometimes browser extensions can interfere with how Education Perfect loads or functions, especially features like assessments, content playback, or text inputs.

As part of general troubleshooting, we recommend disabling any unnecessary browser extensions to rule out conflicts.

When to try this?

You might want to try managing or disabling extensions if:

  • Pages in EP aren’t loading correctly
  • Buttons or tools aren’t working as expected
  • You’re seeing unexpected overlays or errors

Here’s how you can manage or disable extensions across commonly used browsers:

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu > Extensions > Manage Extensions.

Toggle off any extensions you don’t want running.

    • Tip: You can also click Remove to uninstall it completely.
  3. Refresh your EP page and check if the issue persists.
