What work can I print from Education Perfect?

You can print out EP content to be used by students without the need to be online or to have a device available.

While there are ways to print content from EP, our content is built for our online platform and is best experienced in-platform. You may find that the format of printed or exported content is tricky to work with.

Lists

Vocabulary, Spelling, and Fact Lists can be printed directly from your Library tab. Preview a list, then click the three-dot menu and Print List.

Print list option for lists

For more detailed instructions on how to do this, refer to our help guide here.

If you would like to print a List without the answers, you will first need to export the list as an excel file using the Export list button. You can then remove the answers from Excel and provide the questions to your learner.

Smart Lessons

Smart Lessons need to be assigned as a Quiz before you can export and print the material for student use.

Printing a Smart Lesson via this method will not include any Information Slides, as Information Slides are not included in Quizzes.

To include the Information Slides:

  • You'll need to first create a Pre-Built Exam in the Content Library, and import all of the content from your chosen Smart Lesson. Instructions for this can be found here.
  • Once complete, follow the steps under the Assessments header of this guide.

Quiz assessment type option

Follow the usual assessment prompts. If you do not wish to assign the Lesson to your students, you can assign it to the Staff class instead.

Once the assessment has been set, go into the Details section of the assessment and click Export.

You'll be asked whether you'd like to include model answers in the export. Click confirm, and you'll be sent a PDF to your email address, which you can then print.
