Editing my profile

You can update and edit your Education Perfect Profile.

Editing your profile

Click your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then Profile.

From here you will be able to view what details are attached to your account. To edit your details, you can click Edit.

You will then be able to add an Avatar and edit your Job Title, Biography, and Privacy Settings. Once you have made the desired changes, you can click Save Profile.

Profile privacy settings are set to "visible to teachers at my school" by default.

You are also able to check your Teacher Certification progress on this page. You can see what level you have already achieved, how much XP you have gained, and what activities you still have to complete to gain the next level.

For more information on Teacher Certification, you can read through our article What is the Education Perfect Teacher Certification?

Your Content will also be displayed on this page. You will be able to see all the lists and lessons that you have created or modified divided by their subjects. You can change the visibility of your content by clicking on the globe icon.

Content that is stored in your Private Workspace will not appear here as it is not visible to other users. If you would like to share your private content with your colleagues, you can move it into your school's content by following the instructions in our help guide How do I rearrange content in my school's Content Library?

Where your profile can be accessed

Teacher profiles can be viewed in the Teacher Certification section. You can access this by clicking your initials in the top-right corner of the screen and then clicking your certification level.

From here, you can select the name of a colleague to view their profile.

When viewing details for another teacher in the Classes section, you will have an option to view their profile.

When you make a public post in the Teacher Community, other teachers will be able to click on your name to view your profile.

Teachers will also be able to view your profile by selecting your name on content that you have created. This will work for both in school and globally shared content.
