2024 - 2025 Wonde Yearly Rollover Process for ANZ schools

If your school has opted to integrate with Wonde to allow classes to automatically sync from your School Information System (SIS) to EP, it is important you understand the process we follow to rollover your classes from 2024 to 2025.

Step 1: Pausing the automatic daily syncs

On the 29th November we will be pausing all automatic daily syncs from Wonde to EP. This is to prevent any unwanted changes from syncing over to EP while your school rolls over their timetable from 2024 to 2025. This means your students can continue using EP as normal should they wish to use it over the holiday period.

If you need to make changes to your 2024 classes during this time, these can be made manually in EP.

Step 2: Rolling over your timetable

We ask that you ensure your school’s 2025 classes are set up and ready to go in your SIS by the 15th January. This gives us time to map in your 2025 classes based on the subjects your school is licensed for before the automatic syncs resume.

We ask that you do not enrol your classes via any other method while you are waiting for your 2025 classes to sync over to EP via Wonde.

Please contact our Support Team once your 2025 timetable is ready.

Schools using KAMAR

Ensure that all required classes for 2025 have markbooks and subjects setup within your KAMAR system. If this has not been done, the class will not be exposed to us within Wonde. See the following guide for further information:

KAMAR Wonde integration guide

Schools using Synergetic

Ensure that all required classes for 2025 have relevant assessment codes assigned to them within your Synergetic system, as we use this data in our subject selection. See the following guide for further information:

Synergetic Wonde integration guide

Step 3: Automatic syncs resume

The automatic syncs from Wonde to EP will resume on the 20th January. Any changes made to classes within your SIS will be reflected in EP following the daily sync which occurs at ~4:00AM NZT.

If the dates above do not work for your school, please contact our Support Team to let us know.
