How do I organise lists into folders for each year level?
Keeping work organised by year level can help all of the teachers at your school to quickly find work for their students, as well as enabling students to more easily find work for themselves.
Navigate to the Content Library, from your Control Panel.
Switch from Browse to Edit mode, if necessary.
From here, you can either add content to existing year level modules or create new year level modules by selecting Add top-level folder.
If you're intending for your students to find work for themselves, it's important to make sure the folders you're trying to share with them aren't set to hidden from students. Hidden folders have a faded icon. To unhide work, right click it and select Share to public.
To move content, find the list or folder that you want your students to access, and drag it into your year level module.
