Permitting EP domains
Education Perfect uses a number of sub-domains for data transfer. If you’re having trouble connecting to Education Perfect, especially at school, permitting these domains might help.
For best results, please permit *.educationperfect.com and *.languageperfect.com .

Netbox Blue
If your school uses Netbox Blue, you’ll need to make an exception for Education Perfect for the iOS and Android apps to work on the school network. This is because Netbox Blue tries to see inside the encrypted connection between the app and our servers, which causes “Connection Error” errors on the app.
To do this, you need to add https://services.educationperfect.com to the HTTPS Inspection Inclusions list in Netbox.
