Google Classroom Sync is available on Education Perfect! This feature gives schools using EP and Google Classroom a quick, easy way to add students.

How does it work?
Google Classroom Sync gives schools that use both EP and Google Classroom a quick way to import classes and students into EP. Once a school has opted in and the app is trusted in Google Workspace, teachers can import classes directly from Google Classroom and keep them up to date with a resync button.
Step 1: Opt in to Google Classroom Sync
Before any technical setup can happen, a representative from your school needs to opt in with EP.
Please fill out this form to confirm you wish to use Google Classroom Sync.
EP will enable the feature on your school's account and confirm via email once you're ready to start importing classes.
Step 2: Configure EP Classroom Sync as a Trusted App in Google Workspace
To enable teachers to import their classes from Google Classroom into Education Perfect, Google Workspace Admins need to configure EP Classroom Sync as a trusted app.
Navigate to your Google Admin Console at admin.google.com.
To open App access control and click Configure new app.
Search for EP Classroom Sync and select the resulting web app.
Please select All organizational units (OUs)to enable access. Click Continue when you’ve made your selection.
Under Access to Google data, select the “Trusted” option.
This allows EP to access the necessary data from Google Classroom to sync class and student information.
Review your configuration, then click Finish to complete setup.
