Getting Started with Education Perfect for Health and Physical Education

Education Perfect Health and Physical Education helps students develop a personal, social and community health mindset, allowing teachers to maximise class time with experiential learning.

About our resources

EP's Health and Physical Education lessons are tailored to challenge students' mindsets on wellbeing issues, engage them in discussions surrounding lifestyle choices and equip them with the knowledge to be able to lead fulfilling lives.

By delivering content that equips students with the knowledge of important topics, teachers are able to delve more deeply into these topics, focussing on developing students’ understanding and widening the skill set necessary to be able to deal with health and physical activity challenges faced by young people today.

Our content is being developed to cover the Personal, Social and Community Health strand of the Australian Curriculum for Years 7-10, and both the Health, Wellbeing and Relationships and Healthy, Safe and Active Lifestyles strands of the New South Wales Curriculum for Stage 4 and 5
