Common Wonde Sync Issues

This guide covers the most common errors users encounter in the system, along with clear solutions to help you resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Missing students/teachers

  • Check the user’s email address in the school’s Student Management System (SMS)/Student Information System (SIS) to see if the domain (e.g., @educationperfect.com) matches the school’s invite settings in EP.
  • Does the user have both a student and a teacher entry in the school’s SMS/SIS? If so, one of them must be excluded (via access controls in the Wonde portal) to allow the user to sync through.
  • Do multiple students/teachers have the same email address in the school’s SMS/SIS? If so, the school must remove the duplicates to allow the user to sync.

Missing classes

SMS/SIS Required
KAMAR Markbook is open for the class
Synergetic An assessment code is assigned to the class

Please contact our support team if the above has been checked and the class still does not sync through to EP after 24 hours. Include the missing class names/assessment codes if possible.

Incorrect details

If a user has the correct details in the school’s SMS/SIS, and this has not been reflected in EP after 24 hours, please contact our support team with the users’ details so we can investigate this further.

Too many classes are syncing

Please contact our support team with the name(s) of the class(es) that should not be syncing through, and we can look into this from there.

Classes missing year levels

Please ensure that year levels for students in the school’s SMS/SIS are set without any extra characters (e.g. 12IB would not sync through).
