Why track your subscriptions?
Effective tracking of subscriptions allow you to:
Optimize usage by ensuring you are utilizing all purchased seats efficiently.
Plan for growth by monitoring your enrollment numbers to understand when additional seats may be needed, supporting timely and informed purchasing decisions.
Simplify administrative effort with clear, accessible subscription data.
How to access subscription management
In the School Settings area, click into the Subscriptions tab.
The Subscriptions page includes:
Subject tiles that provide a high level information on the seats used and purchased.
Over-quota alert indication that your enrollment numbers have exceeded the purchased seat quota.
Detailed subscription view
When you click on the tile, you can access more information that allows you to track seat usage, including start and end dates, and view individual student information.
The subscription details include subjects, year level group, seat limit, seats used, start date, end date, plan name, and classes.
Classes information include the class details, teacher, number of students and class code with the list of individual student information.
Actions available:
You can search through specific classes via the search function.
You can export classes for offline use or record-keeping by clicking on the Export Classes button and the CSV is automatically downloaded.
Viewing paid and unpaid student payments
If your school uses the Payment Portal, you can view a report of all paid and unpaid students from the Subscriptions area.
To view the report:
Go to School Settings → Subscriptions
Select Student payments
You’ll see a full list of students with their payment status.
Note: This report is only available to schools using the Payment Portal. If you’re unsure whether your school has it enabled, check with your Customer Success Manager.
