Using Curriculum Reporting
Curriculum reporting helps inform teachers on student performance in relation to the curriculum strands and specific expectations. This report will reveal gaps in student knowledge, allowing teachers to pinpoint the most effective intervention opportunities. This deeper level of reporting allows schools to better plan out learning for students, and track if interventions have been successful.
The data from the curriculum reporting is the results from questions answered within EP pre-built assessments.
Class Curriculum reporting for Teachers
Class curriculum insights will report on student performance against the curriculum.
Curriculum reporting will allow Teachers to identify gaps in student knowledge, allowing teachers to better plan learning for their class.
Gaps in knowledge will be highlighted at the following levels of the curriculum.
- Strand
- Overall expectation/sub strand
- Specific expectations/outcome
For each specific expectation, we use the score from the relevant questions assessing this outcome. To calculate the strand, each outcome is weighted equally.
Teachers can export the data as a CSV so they can use it with other tools.
Teachers will be able to drill down into student results for visibility of where the results have come from, and to view consistency of the student results.
