School engagement reporting

school-engagement-reporting

The School engagement reporting tool offers School leaders valuable insights into engagement. This helps school leaders analyse data to identify where EP is being used to its full advantage or where additional training and support might be beneficial.

How to access the Engagement reporting area

Click on Insights to select Engagement to view the school engagement reporting.

In this area, as the school leader you have access to a few different tools. One of them is the new engagement report, where you can find key engagement metrics for your teachers and students.

Key features

The school reporting is divided into two core sections:

  • Teacher Engagement: This report enables leaders to see a breakdown of teacher activity by user, department and class. Leaders may identify a whole department where usage is low compared to other departments; or a single teacher within a department where usage is overall high.

  • Student Engagement: This report shows student engagement with the work being assigned by teachers, or carried out independently by students. Departments or classes with lower than expected engagement can be targeted for remediation.
