Printing worksheets for my learner

You can print out our content to be used by your learner(s) without the need to be online or to have a device available.

In this article

While there are ways to print content from EP, our content is built for our online platform and is best experienced in-platform. You may find that the format of printed or exported content is tricky to work with.

Lists

Vocabulary, Spelling, and Fact Lists can be printed out directly from the Content section. You can do this by navigating to your chosen list, clicking the three vertical dotsand then Print List.

Print option for lists

If you would like to print a List without the answers, you will first need to export the list as an excel file using the Export list button. You can then remove the answers from Excel and provide the questions to your learner.

Smart Lessons

Smart Lessons need to be assigned as an assessment before exporting or printing the material for student use.

Printing a Smart Lesson via this method will not include any Information Slides, as Information Slides are not included in Quizzes.

To include the Information Slides:

  • You'll need to first create a Pre-Built Exam in the Content Library, and import all of the content from your chosen Smart Lesson. Instructions for this can be found here.
  • Once complete, follow the steps under the Assessments header of this guide.

Follow the usual assessment prompts. If you do not wish to assign the lesson to your learners, you can assign it to the Staff class instead.
