How do I sign up for a trial?
Sign up for an EP for Home subscription through our website and receive a 14-day free trial to check it out!
- Visit our sign up page and click Try for free.
- Verify your email address by typing the code you receive into your browser.
- Confirm the details of you and your learner(s).
- You'll be logged into the platform right away, so you can start exploring! You'll also receive an email confirming your learner's login credentials.

I've done a trial - how do I subscribe?
Once your trial ends, you will be prompted to continue your subscription within the EP platform, and you will also receive an email from us.
If you have not received this email, please check your spam!
Alternatively, contact our Support Team and they'll let you know the next steps.
Managing your subscription
You can now manage your subscription from within your EP parent/educator account!
Once you have logged in, click your initials in the top right hand corner and then click Subscription.
Alternatively, click here to visit the subscription portal.
You'll be taken to the subscription portal, where you can see all of your subscription information, and make changes to your subscription.
- Switch plans: Click the Switch Plan option to switch to an annual subscription from a monthly subscription (to switch to a monthly subscription from an annual subscription, please contact us).
- Change your card details: Click Update Card in order to change your payment information.
- Invoice history: See your payment history, and click View to access downloadable receipts.
- Cancel Plan: Click this option to end your EP for Home subscription. We'll keep your accounts and progress for one year in case you'd like to return.
- On the cancel screen you'll also have the option to pause your subscription. This can be helpful if you just need to take a break!
Click Back to dashboard or the EP logo to return to your dashboard.
Should you choose to cancel, you'll receive a confirmation email and upon next log in you'll be presented with the below screen. Click Reactivate to restart your subscription at any time.
Subscription renewal
- Annual Subscription: provides access for 365 days. The subscription will automatically renew 365 days following the date of the first payment.
- Monthly Subscription: provides access for 30 days. Payments will automatically renew every 30 days following the first subscription time and date (offset by a 1 hour difference).
Unsuccessful payment
For unsuccessful payments, please update your billing information directly through the notification email you received. Alternatively, get in touch with our Support team.
Unsuccessful Monthly or Annual subscription payments are set to automatically make multiple collection attempts over the days following the renewal date/time until successfully collected.
