EP for Home Subscription Information
As of November 2023, we have announced that we're saying goodbye to EP for Home, and new subscriptions are now unavailable.

Managing your subscription
New trials and subscriptions (including reactivating a subscription) are now unavailable.
If you have an existing subscription, you can continue to manage this from within your EP parent/educator account if required.
Once you have logged in, click your initials in the top right hand corner and then click Subscription.
You'll be taken to the subscription portal, where you can see all of your subscription information, and make changes.
- Invoice history: See your payment history, and click View to access downloadable receipts.
- Cancel Plan: Click this option to end your EP for Home subscription. Upon cancelling, you will receive email confirmation.
- Change your card details: Click Update Card in order to change your payment information.
Click Back to dashboard or the EP logo to return to your dashboard.
Unsuccessful payment
For unsuccessful payments, please update your billing information directly through the notification email you received. Alternatively, get in touch with our Support team.
Unsuccessful Monthly or Annual subscription payments are set to automatically make multiple collection attempts over the days following the renewal date/time until successfully collected.
