What emails do Education Perfect send?

Education Perfect sends various emails to our users. Here are a few examples.

Task/Assessment completion summary report

When setting up a Task or Assessment on Education Perfect you will have the option to receive a completion summary report after the Task or Assessment is closed. You can tick this option under the Optional Settings section.

Here is an example of what a completion summary report would look like:

Student Task/Assessment reminders

When setting up a Task or Assessment on Education Perfect you will have the option to email your students reminders. You can tick this option under the Optional Settings section.

When you assign the Task or Assessment your students will receive the following email:

They will also receive reminders when their Task or Assessment is due soon and in the case of Tasks where you have allowed late submissions, they will receive a reminder when it is overdue.

If you would like to send Task email reminders to your students as any point, you can go into the Get Started tab of the task and select   Email students a reminder.

Parent Task/Assessment reminders

When setting up a Task or Assessment on Education Perfect you will have the option to email your students' parents.  You can tick this option under the Optional Settings section after you have ticked the Email my students about this task.

Here is an example of what a parent email would look like:

Report on which students have been emailed

If you have selected the option to email your students and their parents, you have the option to have a report sent to you with the details of who has been emailed.

Updated details

If your student's details are updated, they might receive an email to confirm this. Here is an example of what what these emails would look like:

School usage update

If you have an email address attached to your account, you might receive updates regarding your school's usage. This will often be tailored to what subjects you teach. If you would like to stop receiving these updates, or change what subjects you receive updates for, you can email support@educationperfect.com to let us know.

Other emails from Education Perfect

If we have your email address on record, you may also receive marketing emails from us. These can include information on new content, new features, or updates on our competitions.

If you do not wish to receive any marketing emails you can reply to them with "Unsubscribe" or email support@educationperfect.com to say you wish to opt-out.
