What is Zoom and how do I use it?

Zoom is a Video Communications service that offers software that combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat, and mobile collaboration.

If you have a Zoom appointment with one of our representatives, they'll contact you before the call with a link. To join the call, click on the link at the scheduled time. In the new window that opens, select Open Zoom Meetings.

Multiple people can join a single Zoom Meeting.
