How do I pay for a subscription?

If you want to purchase a new subscription or extend an expired one, this guide will help you to take the appropriate steps. There are several payment options,

Directly through the Student Zone

Please note, you can only make payment through the Student Zone via a Laptop or PC. The payment feature isn't supported on our App or iPads.

Parents can pay for their child's subscription by logging directly into their account. From there, they can click on any of the subjects they wish to pay for and then the Pay Now prompt.

Paying through a book-listing company 

New Zealand Schools

If your school uses a book-listing company to organise their payments to Education Perfect, there will be a payment deadline dictated by the company you're book-listing with. Book-listing payments must be organised several months before the start of the school year. To check on the payment status of a student, please get in touch with your book-listing company. 

Australian Schools

If your school uses a book-listing company to organise their payments to Education Perfect, there will be a payment deadline dictated by the company you're book-listing with. After this deadline, we may allow students to pay for their subscription via PayPal. Book-listing payments must be organised several months before the start of the school year. To check on the payment status of a student, please get in touch with your book-listing company. 

Paying through PayPal

If your students are required to pay for their subscription directly to Education Perfect, they will be given a period of access at the beginning of the year to give them time to organise payment. They will be provided with a link they can use to submit their payment. After a certain date, access will be cut off for students who haven't subscribed. 

We will restore access to students as soon as we receive proof of payment. You can see whether or not a student has subscribed to a particular subject by looking at the Paid Status section of their profile.

Paying by invoice

If your school pays for Education Perfect directly, rather than through a book-listing company, your school will be sent an invoice. It's then up to your school's accounting department how students pay for their invoices. If you have any questions about whether or not a student has paid, it may be best to chat with them.

Please email us at support@educationperfect.com if a student has paid but was not given access, or if you have any other questions. Please include any supporting documents, such as receipts, where possible.
