Using the EP Create Report

Accessing the Report

Teachers can find their assigned activities on the relevant Classwork tab of the classes that were selected during the assigning step. To view the assignment report, click on the Report tab at the top of the assignment. By default teachers are shown the All Classes view. If you have assigned an activity to multiple classes, you can click on the class switcher dropdown to view each class’s results.

The report provides a clear overview of student performance across the assignment and presents data at an all students level, an individual student level, and a question level.

Summary Numbers

Completion rate, average score, and total questions are the three summary numbers taken across all of the students in each class.

  • Completion rate: the percentage of students that have finished the assignment
  • Average score: the average percentage of correct student answers
  • Total questions: the number of questions in the activity assigned

All Students

By default teachers are shown the All Students view. For each student there will be data on:

  • Completion of the assignment
    • Not started, in progress, completed fields
  • Questions answered
  • Score

All Questions

The Questions view displays the number of students that got each question correct vs incorrect. This allows teachers to see at a glance if there are any common misconceptions that their students might have.

Individual Students

The Individual students view by selecting each student, displays the student’s score against each of the questions in the assignment. It also gives a =n average score and percentage of questions answered.

Changing class view

If a teacher has assigned an activity to multiple classes, they can click on the class switcher dropdown to view each class’s results.
