How can I see how many students and which classes we have enrolled?
In this article
As students come and go throughout the year, it's possible that the number of students enrolled differs from the number of students you've been invoiced for.
You can also see which classes are enrolled at your school through the All classes tab of your Classes area. This can be helpful to see which students already have been given access, and what data might be missing.
Checking how many students are enrolled
To check student numbers enrolled in your school, navigate to the School setting area. This can be reached by clicking the cog icon in the bottom left navigation, and selecting the People tab.
To see total student numbers, filter the role type to student and status to Active. This will give you a total number of students currently enrolled.
To get more of a breakdown of student enrollment, you will need to visit the Subscriptions area. This area is only accessible to school Admins. We advise you reach out to your school's Admin - or if you feel you should be the Admin for you school, please reach out and let us know.
Clicking into a Subscription here will give you more of a breakdown of class and student allotment.
Checking which classes are enrolled
The My active classes dashboard displays all classes assigned to you by default. Click the All school tab at the top of the page to see all enrolled classes within your school.
Exporting class lists
Currently, exporting class lists from the All classes area is being re-built. Until this is finalized, school Admins can still utilize the Subscriptions area for this purpose.
Follow the instructions to get to this area above. Click into a subscription's tile to expand the classes assigned to it.
There you can export the class details of those assigned to each subscription by clicking Export Classes.
