Download your work history

We're saying goodbye to EP for Home, and soon we'll no longer support EP for Home.

This article contains information on downloading work history, so you can keep a copy for your records.

Downloading insights

We recommend downloading a copy of student activity for the time you have used EP for Home.

To do this, navigate to the Insights tab in your parent account and click Class Report.

Click your learner's name in the Student Engagement section (if you have more than one learner, do this one at a time).

Use the filters at the top of the page to include all subjects, and show the timeframe for the entire time you have used EP for Home.

You'll now see a full breakdown of work your learner has completed, including Tasks and Assessments they may have worked on.

Click the Print button at the top of the page, then use the Print to PDF function to save this information to your computer or print a physical copy for your records.

Repeat these steps for each of your learners.

Downloading work samples

We also recommend downloading samples of work for your records. This needs to be done for each individual piece of work that you want to keep.

Tasks

Navigate to the Tasks tab, and click on any Task.

Change the timeframe to view old Tasks, if needed.

Click into the Reports tab and scroll down to the Section Details area.

If the Task in question has multiple lessons assigned, you'll need to click into the progress marker in the Individual Student Progress table instead.

Click the Export answers as pdf button and an email containing a PDF file will be sent directly to you.

There'll be a separate PDF for each learner that completed the Task (if there were multiple).

The PDF will show all of the content from the work that was completed, including the answers the learner gave.

You can download this and save it somewhere on your computer, or print a physical copy for your records.

Repeat this process for all Tasks you would like to keep a copy of.

Assessments

The process for Assessments is almost identical to Tasks. Navigate to your chosen Assessment and click the Reports tab.

Scroll down to the Student Results area and click Export answers as pdf on top of the table. An email containing a PDF file will be sent directly to you. There'll be a separate PDF for each learner that completed the Assessment (if there were multiple).

You can also click the Print button next to a learner's name in the table to view and download their answers without generating an email.

The PDF files will show all of the content from the work that was completed, including the answers the learner gave. Download this and save it somewhere on your computer, or print a physical copy for your records.

Repeat this process for any Assessments(s) you would like to keep a copy of.
