If you are experiencing technical difficulties but are using Google Chrome or the most up-to-date version of our app, please send an email through to email@example.com. To speed up the troubleshooting process, the information we require is:
- The name of the student or the teacher experiencing the issue
- The location of the issue (the name of the task, or the name of the lesson or list students are working on)
- A description of the issue
- A screenshot of the issue, preferably of the whole screen instead of just the specific part of the screen that has the issue.
