How do I organise lists into folders for each year level?

Having content organised according to year levels means that students and teachers can easily access material that is suitable for their ability, and know where to look to find accelerated or catch up material.


Navigate to the Content Library, from your Control Panel.

Switch from Browse to Edit mode, if necessary.

From here, you can either add content to existing year level modules or, if necessary, create new year level modules using the Create a new... button.

Find the list or folder that you want your students to access, and drag it into your year level module. Choose whether you'd like the list to remain in its original location by selecting Duplicate Lists, or completely move to the new location, by choosing Move Lists.
