How can my students change their password or email address?

Your students are able to change their password and add or change their email address from the Student Zone.

Log into the Student Zone and click the arrow on the left hand side to open up the sidebar (please note: if your screen is big enough the sidebar may already be visible).

Students should then click their name at the top of the sidebar and click Account Settings.

Choose to change either the password or email address from the popup window that appears.

To change Password:

Enter the current password, the new password and email address, then click the green Change Password button.

To change Email Address:

Enter a valid email address, then click the green Change Email Address button.

As a teacher, you can also reset a student's password or change a student's email address for them in the Control Panel. 

Students can also email support@educationperfect.com and we can update their password or email address for them.
